Rob designed and built - a compact drill which can fit into an 1800mm diameter manhole. It was a very successful rebuild from something that was pretty much junk. This is now a core piece of equipment in our range of drills. Rob has excellent engineering design and build skills and I often go to him to find solutions to drilling, welding and engineering problems.

MWE has a full range of HDD Manufacturers thread forms programmed into our NC lathe and from that can provide a full range of tooling to suit, including new and rebuilt; Cutters, Reamers, Swivels, Sub Savers, Spindles, Sounde Housings, HDD Clamps and Jaws Pipe Bells etc including the manufacture of Pipe Trailers, Rollers, Ramps and HDD Mud Systems.

With full fabrication facilities and a range of shark’s teeth and hard facing materials we can manufacture or rebuild your tooling or equipment back to as new condition.
